Introduction
By default, the system will charge sales tax on orders imported via the Corporate Gifting feature. If configured in concert with the DTC customer having a resell flag of "Y" on their account, this ZZZ will override that behavior, resulting in orders with no sales tax.
This feature was created in response to programming issue PS-4687, where a customer was selling wine to a non-profit.
