Introduction

This ZZZ is optional and if defined, is used by CRM, the Customer Relationship Management grid.

The ZZZ defines three intervals of time over which CRM calculates its sales statistics. If the ZZZ is not defined, the default interval is 6, 12, and 24 months as shown below.

To define intervals different from the default, specify those three values as shown below.

6,12,24 (default)
6,12,18 
1,2,6 
12,24,36
