Introduction

This ZZZ entry is used to switch ON or OFF the ability to save the content of miscellaneous emails sent by the system. Emails are saved as customer contact attachments, but only if creating contacts were requested during the send-email process.

The Miscellaneous Email functions included are Miscellaneous CRM Emails, Miscellaneous Wine Club Emails and Miscellaneous ORM Emails (the latter available 4QTR 2019).

The content of Miscellaneous emails is dynamic in nature. Unlike stock email templates where content is defined once and infrequently changed (e.g., Send Receipt, Join Club, Cancel Club), miscellaneous emails were designed to communicate anything necessary. This content-saving feature was developed so users are able to refer back to what it was the miscellaneous email communicated in the first place.

There is but one requirement to enable: the presence of the ZZZ entry and the value "Y" in the first position of the Free Form Data field, as shown in the image below.
