Example with Address 1, and Address 2 (Suite, Building, etc)

From address/Shipping dept.
4415 Sonoma Highway,Suite F,Santa Rosa,CA,95409,%WIN% Fulfillment,
(Last parm must be followed by ",". 2nd parm cannot be Blank.)

Example with Address 1 Only (no address 2)

Must include blank parameter for address two if not used as per below example.

From address/Shipping dept.
4415 Sonoma Highway,,Santa Rosa,CA,95409,%WIN% Fulfillment,
(Last parm must be followed by ",". 2nd parm cannot be Blank.)
