First Parameter is practice mode on or off. P/N.  If practice mode is enabled (P), the system will not update inventory or send confirmation emails.

Second Parameter turns on or off "Pay at Completion" mode.  This mode if enabled will replace "Pay at Arrival".

The "Pay at " parameter controls the alternate payment method used by the system in concert with the default method of "pay at booking".

Pay at completion allows the customer to pay for the reservation at the end of the experience along with any purchased wine/items, resulting in a single charge to their card.

Pay at arrival means the customer will pay once they arrive at the event and a winery employee marks the reservation "arrived'.
