Club Status (PCS)

Introduction

Club status codes are used on the wine club page of each customer record to place customers on hold when they wish to skip shipments. They can also be used to flag a group of club members with a status for a club run, like custom, without changing their actual wine preference code. These codes are user defined, though we usually see HD (Hold) or VA (Vacation) used frequently.

When adding a new code it is important to note the Active or Inactive field. If you would like this status code to place a members record on hold so they are not billed for a shipment within the select time range you need to have an I for inactive in the select status codes central table file. If you are using a status code to flag a customer but their shipments should not be skipped then an A for active would be flagged on that status code in this table.
