Introduction

Third party email campaign systems can usually provide a list of customers who have bounced an email or unsubscribed from your email list.  In this video, we will walk you through how you can use this list to CLEAR or "remove" an email address from a customer account via a list.

This does not remove the "ok to email" flag on the customer account but rather removes the email address entirely.
