Entering and Creating Fee Codes
Fees are disbursed by the winery, and paid to someone other than the grower. The cost may be borne by the winery, its grower, or shared by the two parties. Fees are relative to tons received or the dollar value of the contract. Their units of measure are $ per ton, or percent of contract dollars.
There are two steps to using fees with your grape contracts.
- A code for the fee must first be setup as described in the section below.
- The fee must be selected for each contract it applies to.
