The build email spreadsheet option should be used when extract extracting customer information for a promotion or campaign. If a customer has a primary and secondary email address on file this option will automatically split those two emails into individual rows on the spreadsheet for Vertical Response, Constant Contact, MailChimp, Cellarpass, etc to easily import for a campaign email.
