The Wine club advanced search feature enables the user to select or reject customers that joined, quit, were members, were not members, or had a particular status during a specified date range. For example, if you need to see who joined the club during a specific month you would need to use the advanced search feature. To select club members that joined any club for the month of March, use the following selection.
Notice there are 2 selections above, selection 2 is optional if you need to narrow it down further. For example, if I know there are customers that join the wine club and quit in the same month I could choose to reject customers that quit in March.
Once the selections are made, select Done to be taken to the main CRM page (grid), then select Refresh to show the data based on your advanced search selection.
If you pay commissions to the clerks that sign up club members you can work with checked to build a spreadsheet or right click in the grid and export to excel. The field that is used for commission clerks will determine how you extract this data. If source code or the user defined field on page 3 of the cusotmer record is used for commission clerks it will be necessary to right click the grid and export to excel to get that data.
If the Club User defined on the club page is used for commission clerks, to extract the data you will need to select Work with Checked and Build a Spreadsheet.
There are several other ways to search for membership data with specific date ranges to give you a variety of tools to extract data. Instead of giving hundreds of examples I will just tell you where each of the search options are pulling the wine club data from:
The first 7 searches, joined club in date range, quit club in date range, club lapsed or changed in date range, were members during any part of date range, were not members sometime during date range, and were never members during the date range, is pulling data from the dates on the wine club page.

The search had a ship-to override during the date range refers to this:
When the search for the ship-to override is selected in the Advanced search, there will be a check box for Recurring entry. If you select that box then the system will pull only the customers that have the Recurring entry box checked in the shipping overrides for the particular date range in your Advanced Search.
