Do you find yourself wondering.....What the heck is a ZZZ?  How do I make one? Why would I want to?

Don't fret, over the eons many a noted sage has asked the very same questions.

Please read Miscellaneous System Configuration Items (ZZZ)!

Introduction

This ZZZ controls what clubs are included in Wine Club Dashboard (WAG).

When and why might you use this?

Create this ZZZ entry to EXCLUDE old or obsolete Wine Club codes that are no longer in use but still in customer membership records and defined in your TWC Central Table. It's common for users to develop new club codes to replace others as their wine club continuity programs evolve.  The wine club dashboard is not aware that a particular club code is no longer active or in use and includes all club codes, by default. This ZZZ table entry fine tunes the dashboard's display so that it focuses only on the club codes that are still actually in use.

Caveat - Remember

Once you begin using this ZZZ feature to define your active clubs, you will need to be sure to ADD any new club codes you create and want to follow to this ZZZ table entry.

UNDO

To undo the effects of this ZZZ filter and turn the feature off, delete the table entry.
