Introduction

If you are not signing up customers in real time at the register then , odds are you are using a paper signup form.  You : you enter the sale attaching it to a "generic" customer in the TR.  Someone , then someone in the back office then creates the new customer record from the paper signup and needs to associate the sale from the TR to the new customer account.
