Need to be setup in MCT, then defined in MOC.  Requires every state to be listed in the grid.

**********************Need to expand on this here*****************You must specify the customer template that quick add is to use for each state.  See the picture below for the grid columns used.   Before you can proceed you will need to ensure you have Customer Templates defined in Customer Default Templates (MCT), as well as states setup in Maintain Order Control (MOC)
