You can scan driver's licenses to help speed the data entry of new customer information. To scan a driver's license touch the F10 button labeled "Scan/Swipe I.D." a scan prompt will appear. If the drivers license format is not recognized by the software you will receive an error. An automated system message will alert our development staff that an unrecognized format has appeared, we will add support for the new format ASAP. States are free to change the format of the driver's license data at any time, so this will be an ongoing process to keep current. Note: When scanning a driver's license, you will want to check with the customer that the information is current before accepting it.
